The hat is way to big. The tag says 7 1/2 but it's more like a size 8. This is the 2nd hat I have purchased from you folks and I've had issues with both. The 1st one I purchased was supposed to have a 6-inch crown. I called to verify prior to purchase and the person I spoke with verified it as such, but the actual size of the crown was 4 1/2 inches. I am a hat collector, with an extensive collection, so I did not send it back. I also called about my recent purchase, and I requested the tape that folks use to make big hats smaller however I haven't received it yet.

With that said, both of the hats I purchased from you nice folks are of exceptional quality. And just to let you know, I am not upset at all, I mean, people make mistakes, and I plan on purchasing many more hats in the future. When I called, I spoke with two different ladies, and I have to say, their customer service was absolutely stellar! They were pleasant, engaging, and I was made to believe that I was the greatest thing since sliced bread! Back in the day when I was in business, they were exactly the sort of employees that I would steal from other companies! In fact, I do believe that because they treated me like a Rockstar, someone in authority should reward them both with a pedicure and a pizza. When I called and asked about the hat tape, i asked the lady if I could order and pay for the tape while I had her on the phone, she said that she would not charge me for it! So rest assured, I will be purchasing many more hats from the MexWest Team!! Please forward this survey to the owners! Thank You!
