Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email (mex.west2@gmail.com). We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return/exchange. If your request is submitted past 30days then you may be denied a refund, return, and/or exchange. 

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item sent to our facility with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) and/or damaged will not be accepted for a return, exchange, refund or store credit and a re-shipping fee will be applied.

To start a return, you can contact us at mex.west2@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns issued within 14 calendar days from the date purchased may be eligible for a money-back refund. Returns issued within 30 calendar days from the date purchased may be eligible for a store credit refund. Products must be returned to us within 30days of return approval. It is the customers responsibility to follow and complete the instructions provided by mex.west2@gmail.com, as well as pack and secure your items in the original packaging. Return labels are NOT provided (Mex West does not pay for the cost of return shipping).

Return instructions include:

  1. Return Product in original packaging to: (ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON RETURN/EXCHANGE APPROVAL)
  2. It will be your responsibility to select a carrier for the return process and to keep track of your package as it is being shipped. Notify us via email once the product has been shipped. 
  3. We will notify you via email once your package has successfully been received. This is when the exchange process officially begins. 

      - Mex West is not liable or responsible for your package until it arrives at our facility. 

  1. Once your package has been received and inspected we will email you if your return is approved. If approved, you will be given the choice between store credit or a money-back return. 

*Your product must be received within 30 days of this email to remain eligible for a return.

Refunds
A return of the product in original condition is REQUIRED before any refund can be issued (Mex West does not pay the cost of return shipping). Please refer to the "Returns" section above for further explanation on how to complete a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at mex.west2@gmail.comInstructions for exchange will be emailed to you upon approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is the customers responsibility to follow and complete all instructions provided by mex.west2@gmail.com, as well as to pack and secure your items in the original packaging. Products must be returned to us within 30days of exchange approval. Return labels are NOT provided (Mex West does not pay for the cost of return shipping). Once your product is received, the exchange is fulfilled and the exchanged item(s) are shipped out, All exchanges are final sale. Exchanged items are sent to customers with free standard shipping. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer a refund on sale items.

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email containing your credit details. Store credits are dispersed using a code specific to your return. Store credit never expires and can be used immediately.  Store credit can be use with any active sale or promotional code. Sale and promotional codes may not be combined.
